At CHK Furniture, we are pleased to offer free shipping in Saskatoon for your convenience. If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, we ask that you kindly reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance in processing your order. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.
We strive to deliver your purchase as swiftly as we can. However, please allow 7-14 days for the arrival of your order, as we work diligently to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery process.
We understand that some of our valued customers are located in the United States and we apologize that we are not yet able to provide shipping to this region. However, we are constantly exploring ways to expand our services and hope to offer shipping to the US in the near future. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to improve our shipping options.

At CHK Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return regular price items for refund within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Please reach out to us through our 'Contact' page and we will guide you through the return process. Simply provide the agent with your order number, reason for return, and preferred date for one of our partnered couriers to pick up the item(s) from your location. Please note that shipping costs of the return is customer’s responsibility and will be subtracted from your refund. You may choose to arrange and cover the shipping costs of the return on your own.
Once our warehouse receives the returned product(s) in their original packaging and in like-new condition, our team will promptly issue your refund.
Please also note that we are unable to accept returns of products that have scratches, stains, damages, or modifications.
Additionally, custom orders, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. Please be aware that any item marked as "Final Sale" is not covered by our standard CHK Furniture warranty.
We will process your refund via the original method of payment used for the order. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide a store credit equivalent to the refund amount.

We know that accidents can happen, and although our warranty doesn't cover damages caused by mishaps at home, we are always here to offer helpful advice on cleaning, care, and repairs whenever possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we have established the following policy to ensure a prompt and fair resolution:
1. Definition of damaged items: A damaged item is defined as a product that has visible scratches, dents, or tears or is defective, such as those with broken parts or malfunctioning features.
2. Inspection process: If you receive a damaged item, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Refund or replacement options: Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a refund or replacement for the damaged item.
4. Timeframe for resolution: We aim to resolve all issues related to damaged items within 14 days. This includes inspecting the item, processing the refund or replacement, and arranging for pick-up or delivery of the replacement product.
5. Customer responsibilities: Customers are responsible for keeping the damaged item in its original packaging until it can be inspected and for making themselves available for delivery or pick-up of the replacement product.
6. Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the resolution process and provide updates on the status of your refund or replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At CHK Furniture, we want you to have complete peace of mind when you purchase one of our products, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty. If you experience any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship within two years from the day your order arrives at your home, our warranty will cover it.
However, please keep in mind that our warranty applies only when our products are used for their intended purposes and haven't been modified in any way. Any defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered.
In particular, wooden pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions like changes in humidity. It's important to maintain these pieces properly as per our care recommendations; otherwise, they won't fall under our warranty.
Upholstery may also experience fading, pilling, and staining, and cushion fillings may compress with regular use. Reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance are not covered by our warranty.
